- The core team has been absorbed by Rusk Media, the Mumbai digital entertainment company that raised 100 crore rupees led by Nazara Technologies in June 2026.
- The intellectual property, including the Maestro model and the company's music intelligence work, stays with Beatoven Private Limited and is being licensed to businesses.

- LALAL.AI showed its first embedded hardware integration at IBC2026 in Amsterdam, which ran September 11 to 14, 2026.
- The stem-separation engine runs natively on Neko, a pocket-sized wireless guitar device from UAE-based Neko Engineering, splitting vocals, drums, bass and guitar in real time.
- Processing happens on the device's built-in neural chip, so there is no upload, no cloud latency and no per-use inference cost.
