Samori Coles and Olivia B. Moore are running AI Music & Video Creator Weekend at Cr8tive Lyfe Studios in Atlanta on October 17 and 18, 2026. Saturday night is a meetup and listening event at $25. Sunday afternoon is a three hour workshop series from $79. Early bird pricing runs out on September 30.
The framing on the site is blunt about what it is not: “Not a conference. Not strangers reading slides.”
What happens on each day
Saturday, October 17, 7 PM to 10 PM, is the AI Creator Meetup and Listening Event. Food and drinks are included, community AI music plays all night, and ticket holders can submit a track for the room to hear. The one stated rule is no profanity.
Sunday, October 18, 12 PM to 3 PM, is four 45 minute sessions in the order the organisers reckon you actually need them.
- Beyond the Prompt, on AI music production with Suno, covering how the tools behave right now.
- You Made the Music, Now What?, on the business and marketing side, aimed at the hard drive full of songs and the page with two posts on it.
- The Director’s Chair, a music video and film masterclass on story, shots and consistency.
- State of the Industry, a panel and live Q&A with guests still to be announced.
What the tickets cost before and after September 30
Saturday stays at $25 either way. Sunday General is $79 until early bird closes and $99 after. Sunday VIP is $149 until then and $199 after.
VIP carries the Saturday night entry inside it, so VIP holders do not buy a separate Saturday ticket. It also adds a private Zoom masterclass with both hosts, the How to Copyright Your Music course, and 30 days inside AI Creator Society.
Early bird ends Wednesday, September 30 at midnight Eastern.
Why a creator-run weekend is different from the conference circuit
The AI music calendar this autumn is mostly industry events. SIQA’s first AI Music Awards and summit land in Los Angeles on November 13, and the rest of the conference calendar is built around executives, licensing and panels about policy.
This one is aimed at people making the work. Coles brings 30 years as an engineer and producer, a Recording Academy vote, and a studio in Philadelphia. Moore is an AI artist who went from nothing to a record deal and teaches the steps in between, which is a rarer thing to have on a bill than another executive.
The creators you know from all over, in one room in Atlanta. No screen between you, no chat to scroll past.
What to do if you cannot get to Atlanta
The organisers put out a free AI Creator Toolkit, which is the obvious thing to grab if Georgia in October is not happening for you. It carries Moore’s seven step roadmap for starting as an AI music artist, Coles’s Control Stack on owning your audience, platform and rights, a list of the 16 tools they use, and notes on registering your copyright and your PRO.
If you are going, the decision to make before September 30 is General or VIP, because that is the only price that moves and the Saturday ticket is bundled into one of them.
