Aiode AI music platform: $5.5M raised for ethical, artist-paid, Abbey Road app. Launch Sept 2025.

Key Highlights

  • Aiode raised $5.5 million to launch its AI music app
  • Real artists give consent and get paid for AI use
  • Abbey Road Studios tested platform, artists kept control

Aiode launched its desktop AI music platform on September 29, 2025. The company is based in Tel Aviv. It raised $5.5 million in seed extension funding led by Horizon Capital. Rega Ventures, Atooro Fund, and Mindset also invested. Artists, producers, and teachers tested the platform in a closed beta. Some used it at Abbey Road Studios. Producers said the platform helped them work fast and keep creative control.

Aiode uses a different approach from other AI music tools. Idan Dobrecki, the co-founder and CEO, said the platform trains its AI with permission from real artists. These artists help build the AI models. When someone uses an artist’s AI model, the artist gets paid. This is not like Suno or Udio, which make music from text prompts without artist involvement.

Aiode enters a fast-growing AI music market. Experts expect the market to reach $47 billion by 2033. The company addresses concerns about ethical AI tools and copyright. Aiode has teams in Tel Aviv, London, and New York. The company wants to grow worldwide and support professional musicians, not replace them.”
