AI music leader Suno dropped from 8th to 15th place in Andreessen Horowitz’s latest GenAI rankings. Five months ago, Suno’s strong showing in a16z GenAI rankings put it in the top 10 most popular AI services.

AI music faces problems like the GEMA vs Suno lawsuit and other legal fights. Major labels are talking with Suno about licensing, which could help solve copyright issues raised by the Suno lawsuit earlier this year.”

The rankings count unique monthly visitors for all AI tools. ChatGPT still leads, followed by Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok.
