Key Highlights

  • SoundBoost expands from AI mastering into a full creative workspace with its new Studio and Stem Splitter tool
  • The free stem separation tool isolates vocals, drums, bass, and instruments in seconds with studio-grade quality
  • Available now on web, iOS, and Android with unlimited access for Suite members

SoundBoost, the platform behind text-prompt AI mastering, has launched Studio and Stem Splitter across web and mobile. The free stem splitter separates tracks into vocals, drums, bass, and instruments in seconds. Unlike competitors, the tool includes a mini-DAW with per-track volume, pan, solo, and mute controls. Features include smart metronome, loop selection, key and tempo adjustment, and YouTube import. The tool is free during launch week.

Studio and Stem Splitter is the foundation for the AI-powered DAW we’ve been building toward,” says Berkan Cesur, CEO of SoundBoost. The workspace will suggest mix improvements and integrate with their SoundBoost text-prompt AI mastering engine. Seed investor Batuhan İçöz adds: “The combination of speed, quality, and real mixing tools in a browser is impressive.” Apps are available on Google Play and the App Store.

The stem separation market has grown crowded with tools like LALAL.AI and Moises. SoundBoost differentiates by combining separation with mixing controls in one interface. For working musicians, this means fewer apps and faster prep for rehearsals, remixes, and live sets. Compare options in this guide to best AI stem separation tools. SoundBoost does not train its AI on user uploads.
